    Ceiling fan electrical wiring
I have a burned out electrical box ("Capacitator") located inside my globe. Where or how can I replace this or should I upgrade to a remote and how easy is that?

The capacitor has nothing to do with the remote, it has to do with helping the motor get started. If you can find a replacement cap. it should be easy to replace.
