    Is it possible to transfer a juvenile from a YDC in GA to Ut to do his probation ?
    My ex husband live in ga and he is a over the road truck driver my son is in a YDC and is getting out soon and we want him here. How long would it take to transfer him to Utah if it is possible?

    So the husband has legal custody of child ?

    Is the husband has legal custody is he willing to sign over guardianship and allow him to go there ? Or change the current custody agreement ?

    Has anyone talked to the Juv case worker ?
