    Water Back Flow in Kitchen
    Hello Ake Me -

I live in a condo, one floor above the garden unit.

Water is coming up from the sewer and into my kitchen sink. I am bailing the water from the sink.

I am uncertain if this issue is mine, the building's or City of Chicago.

    Any advice?

    Thanks,
