Looking for a strong appetite suppressant to control my hunger.
Really need some help;currently on a diet, high protein and low carb, but finding it difficult to control my hunger-needless to say sneaking extra calories here and there...
Lost someone I real loved a year ago and have gotten out of the blues but find it hard now to control my appetite. What do you recommend?

You are in luck! I can help you get thin and stay that way for life with out starving yourself, do this and there is no way to gain weight only loss it, you need to get at least 35 grams of fibber a day, I know it sounds like a lot but if you look for high fibber foods its easy. Bean and vegies are great source, for example red limabeans have 14 grams per quarter cup, 3 servings a day gives you 42 grams, and filling, high protein 9 grams per serving, plus the fibber absorbs calories, something like 355 per day if you get enough, plus the more you get the more calories is absorbed, if you add 90 min. excersize a day you won't believe how fast your weight falls off, I play frizbee with a friend, and some times through a home made medicine ball around, the key is pick something you will enjoy.
