    I have full legal/physical custody of teenager with no visitatation,move out of state
    The father and child has not spoken except in a court ordered counseling at that time she confronted him re abuse. I have filed and have court hearing as he is fighting this as he is a control , abusive person.

    Fighting what? That you move out of state? So you were awarded full legal/physical custody with no visitation because he abused your child? And you really think a court is going to refuse you the right to move?

    I would stop worrying about it. In fact, I would file with the court that he pay your court costs if he loses.

    Does the current custody order prohibit you from taking the child out-of-state?

    If not, and if the father indeed has no right to visitation, there is nothing stopping you from leaving now.

    To move out of state of Indiana. Custody order " mother to have primary legal/physical custody of child with no visitation unless the child request.
    The order speaks nothing about moving out of state.
