    Working out while pregnant
    Hello,
I have signed up to work out with a personal trainer at the gym , and a day later , found out that I'm 4 weeks pregnant.
I know that "you're not supposed to do a different workout than you did before " . I used to work out all the time but I was doing more cardio. With the trainer I do some cardio but mostly weights ( I have done weights before but only once in a while). My trainer does not have experience with pregnant women. What I do try to do is not to work out too hard ( but still muscles are sore), and not to lift weights that are too heavy.
The question is - should I keep doing that? Or should I look for a personal trainer with experience with pregnant women?
    Thank you very much!

In your first and second trimester it should be okay.. In your third is really when you don't want to strain yourself much at all! One of my friends triad in cross country and lifted weights until she was 7 months pregnant.
