Maybe because many the women in the porn come across as intelligent and capable of speaking in a real language. Guys like an intelligent person that can speak with them besides spreading their legs. As a guy... no matter how good looking she is... if she can't carry on an intelligent converstation with me... I lose my interest really fast.
And an average looking woman has a better chance of getting and keeping the interest of the average guy than a beauty queen that's a total ditz. Past a few romps in the sack anyway.
