I purchased a mobil home from a lady . Then I rented the lot that it is on. I have never received a title so that I can have power and water turned on. This has been going on for 8 mounths. Now she has started eviction for refuseing to pay lot space rent until I recive a title or something stating that it is mine .So that me my wife and kids can live like normal people. So who has the title, and why have you not received it ?
Who is suppose to be paying the lot rent ( why are you not paying for it, if you bought the mobile home ? And why does the electric company care if you are buying it, renting or just living there ? Sorry have never been asked if I own the property to get electric hooked up? How did you pay for it, a loan from bank ? Did you write them a check, a suitcase full of cash ? |
