I purchased a mobil home from a lady . Then I rented the lot that it is on. I have never received a title so that I can have power and water turned on. This has been going on for 8 mounths. Now she has started eviction for refuseing to pay lot space rent until I recive a title or something stating that it is mine .So that me my wife and kids can live like normal people. Who is suppose to be paying the lot rent ( why are you not paying for it, if you bought the mobile home ?

And why does the electric company care if you are buying it, renting or just living there ? Sorry have never been asked if I own the property to get electric hooked up?

How did you pay for it, a loan from bank ? Did you write them a check, a suitcase full of cash ?
