Is anybody familiar with a direct-to-video disney midquel on Beauty and the Beast?
I haven't the slightest clue what the movie was, but the only thing I can remember clearly is that giant creepy looking pipe organ that could talk and blask fiery laser sheet music (okay, that I can also remember so I guess I'm not that stupid), but anyway, is anybody familiar with what I'm talking about because I realized it just a few minutes ago like oh *snap*.

Does anyone remember a TV programme from the 80s which was a bit like beauty and the beast and the lion like dude like lived in the sewers under New York and I think he fought crime. I've been racking my brains but I can't think of the name cheers!
