A 90s Beauty and the Beast play-off
I remember seeing this moving on cable TV somtime in the 90s that was a Beauty and the Beast play-off. I cannot remember the title of the movie or any of the cast to save my life. I recall that the "Beauty" was a painter who is hired to paint a portrait of "the Beast", a man who has become a recluse due to a facial deformity. I also recall a scene where "the Beast" rescues someone from a frozen pond and leaves them outside of the town hospital. Can anyone help me with the name or actors?

Does anyone remember a TV programme from the 80s which was a bit like beauty and the beast and the lion like dude like lived in the sewers under New York and I think he fought crime. I've been racking my brains but I can't think of the name cheers!
