    Can I still press charges?
I had my tires slashed, and agreed to let the person responsible pay me back for lost wages and the tires. Now that he has paid me back can I still press charges against him for destruction of property.

So you made an agreement, he fulfilled his end and now you want to renenge on the agreement? Shame on you.

Was the vandalism reported to the police? If the agreement was made outside the police, you can try to get them to prosecute, but I doubt if they will since he has made resitutiton.

So, as I said, it is highly unlikely the prosecutor will prosecute since he made restitution.

In fact, he might be able to sue you for malicious prosecution.
