My period is 10 days late, I'm having abdominal cramping and spotting. I took a home pregnancy test and I went to the doctor and took another pregnancy test and both were negative... is it a possibility I'm still pregnant?

I am ten days late on my period as well! But to answer your question, from my input you should wait a while to see if any changes come about. If later on there is still no period and you're still going through those same symptoms, you should go to your ob/gyn and get another test done. If still negative, request a blood test because those are much more accurate. W

Was the doctors test a urine or blood test ?

10 days, if you are looking at from the date the period may have started, is barely late, I would wait a week, then if no period still, take a test, but do it first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up
