    What country/state are you from and what degree of sexual assault are we talking about? What is the situation? There are many different degrees which will all have different sentences.

    What type of sexual assult.

    I know a boy and girl who were dating and the girl was underage, The boy had no prior record, he got 10 years in prison in Georgia USA

    So where are you ? What type of assult ?
