First, you need to make sure there are no medical issues preventing him from speaking. Has he seen a pediatrician? He does repeat what you say, so that means he can hear. Make sure he asks you for things, rather than you just giving things to him. If he wants a drink, make him ask for it. Make him repeat, "I would like a glass of milk." He may be language delayed due to confusion from all the languages he hears. Most children enjoy watching videos that ask them to say things. There are plenty of songs and nursery rhymes on YouTube. See if he enjoys those and repeats back with the videos. Does he go to pre-school? You mention nursery. Is that school? Keep us posted!

Please clarify. It seems that he is talking, but only in English.

now started to talk only in english.
Is your concern that he's not also speaking in ; tamil, telegu, and hindi as well?

That's a lot of languages to push onto a very small child.

Being bilingual is great, but I would suggest picking two languages, one being English since that's what he'll need to speak living in London, and then another.

But do get him checked for a speech issue, or hearing issue.
