    In the state of Louisiana does both parents name have to be on a birth certificate
    I'm 5 months pregnant and I honestly don't want the father of my child name to be on the birth certificate. So any answers please?

    If you are not married to the father of your baby then there is no requirement for him to be on the birth certificate.
