    Hello, I"m oliver russ from the philippines, i have a german father who is living in germany. i"m 26 years old. I was born in the philippines. I like to ask if how can I have a german passport so that I can visit my dad in germany? Thanks...

    You should contact the German Embassy as there are a lot of regulations as to who is a German. They will tell you if you are and what kind of documents you need to apply for a passport.

    But just to visit Germany, you would not need a German passport.
