    Rocking toilet
I have a toilet that was rocking. I replaced the wax ring and bolts and checked the flange which was good. However a couple of days later my toilet is rocking again. What is strange is that the toilet is rocking one day and the next day it is secured to the floor without touching it.I have tried simms but the same thing keeps happening.Any thoughts.

Shiming should have solved the rocking. But if it didn't the perhaps the flange isn't secured to the floor allowing the whole thing to rock. Screw the flange to the floor and see if that doesn't help' Good luck, Tom

I just installed a new toilet and it was rocking. The new toilet came with a new wax ring. The kind with the built in funnel.
