    How can I lose 20 kilos 44pounds in one month ?
    I do not exercise I just need a diet plan I weigh 87 kilos I am 16 and I am 163 cm tall

    Maybe in 6 months and that is pushing it, not in one.

    You diet, cut out junk foods, cut out fast foods, get active, do you exercise, run a few miles a day ?
