    Want to lose 10 kilos.
    I am 5ft 4" - currently weigh 58 kilos. I hate my wieght.
    I am at home for 3 weeks.
    Can someone give me an exercise regime I can do at home plus what to eat and what not to eat.
    I want to lose 8 - 10 kilo's asap.
    Please Help.

    Hello flower.

    Yes you can loose 8 to 10 kgs asap.
    Start with this:
    Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water.
    Include more of proteins in your diet.
    Avoid bread,rice,pasta,biscuits,cookies,cake,chips,colas
    Eat more of fresh fruits and salads.
    Include more of dairy products but don't over do it.
    Start with exercise,do cardio(running,treadmill etc.) 3 times a week.
    On other days alternate it with upper body and lower body workout,go swimming ,dancing whatever physical activity you enjoy.

    Sweat it out,I am sure you'll achieve your desired weight soon!
