    Can I get child support from my husband
    Can I get child support from my husband's disability if he was deported to mexico? My 4 children who are still living with me at home get a monthly check of $45. In his account there is more. I was told unless he came back to appeal and win then I could fight for it for child support. I can't get any child support from him since he is in Mexico. I am going through a divorce right now.

    Appeal and win what? Do you mean that unless he appealed you couldn't fight for CS?

    Your divorce attorney is the person to ask.

    Is there any Court order concerning support?
