Can I get child support from my husband's disability if he was deported to mexico? My 4 children who are still living with me at home get a monthly check of $45. In his account there is more. I was told unless he came back to appeal and win then I could fight for it for child support. I can't get any child support from him since he is in Mexico. I am going through a divorce right now.
