Hey, I'm a 15 year old... Don't judge... I've been on birth control for the first time this last month and me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex a lot since I've been on this birth control and always goes inside me. I've been spotting while taking it which is know is normal, but when It came to take the inactive pills the one that makes you have your period, I never got it. I just continued to spot. My doctor wanted me to come in for a pregnancy test because I guess it's odd? But my mom doesn't think I'm sexually active so she declined. Me and my boyfriend have been SO worried. My stomach feels bloated almost but it feels hard when I push on it. My boobs are getting bigger and are super sore, I've been super tired, I've cried for the most stupidest things that I normally would never cry for, I have went to the bathroom to pee so much more, but I have a little bit of cramps, lower back and stomach pains, and I never get headaches and I've had 3 in the past 2 days. I was just about to tell my mom when I started full on bleeding. Now I'm just confused. It's really heavy and a dark red. But I still just think I'm pregnant but I'm so confused! Someone help!

Buy a pregnancy test and see what results you get with it. Did you have sex before you started the birth control? Did you miss any pills once you started? Did you wait to have sex as directed so that the pills would have been effective by the time you started having sex?
Does your boyfriend also use a condom? If not, why not?

If you are going to behave in an adult manner, you need to take the responsibility as well. It is great that you started on the birth control, but do be sure it is used properly. Also make sure that your boyfriend uses a condom every single time to lessen the chances of an unplanned pregnancy even more. Even then, pregnancy will be possible as no form of birth control is 100% effective.

Best to be prepared for the possibility of a pregnancy. That means being able to handle things financially, emotionally, and physically. If you and your boyfriend are not in that position at this time, best to stop having sex.

If you decide you are willing to take the chance, at least make sure you protect yourself as much as possible.

The off cycle, and changes you are feeling, could just be due to having just started on birth control... it can sometimes take a couple of months for your body to adjust to the hormone changes, but do take a pregnancy test to find out for certain.
