    How to reduce weight?
    I'm going to get married in 3 months.I'm 22 years old buti'm 70 kg weight.. all my relatives and friends teased me a lot.please suggest an advice to reduce the weight within a month.

    The only realistic method is decrease of calorific intake and increase in aerobic activity.
    (Less food, more exercise)
