I signed a voluntary termination of parental rights for reason of adoption 5 years ago. I WAS under duress and the form was also not signed by two witnesses and the notary. It was signed by the notary as a witness(which was a friend of the family) at her house and signed by her husband as a witness. There has never been anything filed with court, nor has the child been adopted. I just found out that my child is in extreme emotional turmoil and being bounced back between two different states with different family members. I have been trying to contact my son through letters, phone calls, and email to the woman that has him(none of which were returned or answered). How can I get my rights back and terminate that paper.
