If water is coming through at driveway, you will have to install a trough the width of driveway about a foot from the house. The trough will have to have a grill over it and must lead to a dry well. This will catch water coming down driveway.

This may solve your problem. If not will have to tell us how water is getting into house.

What do you mean Garage is built "ON"

Is there a playroom and closet "IN" or is the playroom and closet a basement under he garage?

Have you tracked the wet and followed where it is entering.
