    How do I have my exs right revoked
    I have a one year old daughter her father has not seen her since June and he has stopped calling in October I want to know how long and how I go about filing to have his rights removed. My fiancˇ wants to adopt her after we are married. She has his last name and I also was to have it changed. He is also not fit to take care of her he can barely take care of himself. I live in Ohio.
