Free obgyn advice online?
Hi, I am due anyday now. When I last saw my doctor he said I was dialated to a 2 and 50% effaced. What can I do at home that will help my cervix dialate and efface? I have tried to look online and only saw other peoples advice. I would like to know from a medical point of view.

As a labor and delivery nurse I advise my patients to walk. Walk Walk Walk. I also send my patients out walking for 2 hours to help with dilation.
