    Ceiling fan e206035 Model H573CSW4
Our ceiling fan Model #H573CSW4 was purchased in 2001. It is warranted for fifteen years. The motor just burned out today and I called Lowe's (where we purchased the unit) and was told to contact The manufacturer. Where do I go to get a replacement motor or replacement fan?
