Missed menstrual period
Two years ago I had a tubal ligation after giving birth,and about four months ago I stopped having my period, had weight gain and feel frequent movements in my uterus. I already took two home pregnancy test and both came out negative. I have a friend who tried reflexology on me and said that my thyroid seemed abnormal, I also have high blood pressure and taking medicine for that. So what could be the problem?

While your symptoms and reflexology may point you in the right direction, you will need blood or other standardized testing and a professional's opinion to be sure. Look into Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), which sounds similar to what you describe: abnormal thyroid (low), weight gain, menstrual irregularities and cysts on ovaries.
