While your symptoms and reflexology may point you in the right direction, you will need blood or other standardized testing and a professional's opinion to be sure. Look into Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), which sounds similar to what you describe: abnormal thyroid (low), weight gain, menstrual irregularities and cysts on ovaries.
