    Unfit Mother
Mother, has a child with a man, child turns 2, ends the relationship. Immediately jumps in to a new relationship, has a child with the new man, child turns 2, ends the relationship. Immediately jumps in to a new relationship, has a child with that man, child turns 2 ends the relationship. Exposes children to her relationship. Every time she has a child gets very depressed and does not take care of the children, and gets heavy medication. At some point gives up the two first children to the fathers due to her mental illness and stress of parenting. Gets the first one back because father proves unfit (drug addiction). Second oldest father proves to be a fit parent, she looses custody of that child. Splits up siblings. Has bipolar with manic episodes with angry reckless behaviour and depression with suicide, has episodes and yells at everyone and the children, exposes children to emotional injury. Drinks, drinks and drives with children. Another form of child abuse. Runs of at a camping event where she leaves the children behind and admits her self to a hospital because hears voices in her head that tell her to kill her self. Gets medicated, stops medication, refuses treatments. Can't support her self, poor judgement, can't make decisions on her own. Gets depressed and pulling away from friends and family, isolation. Refuses treatments. Lets a 14 year old drink alcohol at home. Does not collect child support on the oldest, does not want to pay child support on the middle oldest.

Is this good grounds to prove mother unfit?

A mother is found unfit if she neglects, abuses, or places her children in unsafe environment.

If all of what you are saying about this mother is true, then I would imagine she would be deemed unfit. Are you the father of any of these children? Unfortunately, if you are, you would only be able to have your children taken away from her, and not the other children until someone else steps in on those children's behalf.

Please explain more about your relationship to the children, and what, if any police involvement so far.

Please note, that I am not very experienced in family law. I believe I answered correctly. And I am sure someone will be along soon to answer you more fully.
