    Removal of old celing fan
I have removed the light kit, fan blades, four screws which hold motor together, the fan motor still will not come down. What I need is a visual instruction to disassemble this flush mount celing fan.

four screws which hold motor together,
Hopefully you don't really mean that. Hopefully you mean four screws holding the canopy to the ceiling.

Fans mount similarity but vary differently in outward appearance.

    Can you post a picture.

Can't help you visually but you have done most of the work. Remove the large metal canopy that covers the motor, usually 4 screws on the sides at the top. You should see the ball mount and the ceiling mount. Lift the motor up and out of its holder and hang it on the small hook. Undo the wires. Drop the motor. Remove the mounting plate that holds the fan mount to the ceiling box. Make sure you have a "fan rated" ceiling box. Install one if you don't. Good Luck
