Wiring for Celing Fan
I have a celing fan with black, blue, white, and green coming out of it. I have green, black, green and copper coming out of the ceiling. I connected them with the obvious but the light doesn't work. I don't know what to connect now. Help

I have a unknown celing fan than I recorded a wiring of L orange - 1 yellow - 2 purple - 3 black when I took it apart. The motor hums but no movement from the fan.
I am trying to install a Hunter Ceiling Fan with a light kit I bought after market from Hunter. Fan works fine but only two of the four lights come on. I have the following colors in the wiring... White, Black, Black and White, Red, Green, Pink and Gray. Any Ideas??
