    Rent a room
    I did not signed a lease agreement or no writtin agreement regarding postponed schedules to move in. If the land lord causing did not asked me to postpone of moving in! I'd probebly already move in in the date of schedules to. Now I'm still staying with my ex-husband. I have made with my ex- to extended to stay because I was asked not to move until later on 06/11. He won't give me my money. What should I do? What recourse do I have? He called me to postpone of moving in. now I'm stocked staying with my ex because of that. I did not save my masseged.

    I'm not sure what you are asking. You were moving in to an apartment. The landlord's cousin asked you to postpone moving in. (I am guessing you were renting month to month.) You are now living with your ex-wife. The landlord won't return your security deposit and/or the rent you paid.

    You NEVER moved into the apartment.

    If the landlord won't return your money you will have to take him to Small Claims Court. Where are you?
