I did not signed a lease agreement or no writtin agreement regarding postponed schedules to move in. If the land lord causing did not asked me to postpone of moving in! I'm not sure what you are asking. You were moving in to an apartment. The landlord's cousin asked you to postpone moving in. (I am guessing you were renting month to month.) You are now living with your ex-wife. The landlord won't return your security deposit and/or the rent you paid.
