    You can raise the rent when the lease ends, but you have to give them 30 days advance written notice. If there is no lease, and if they pay rent every month, then you can raise the rent every month but you have to give them 30 days advance written notice each time. If they pay rent every week then you can raise the rent every week but you have to give them 7 days advance written notice each time.
