    Parent's consent?
I'm 18 and I want to move to Georgia with my fiancé. I need to transfer schools but I don't know if I still need my parent's consent in Georgia since over here in Texas I can do all the paperwork by myself. Do I still their consent in the sate of Georgia?

What school? If its HS, then maybe not. College then you shouldn't need consent. But such rules may be made at the school district level, so you should contact the Board of Ed where you plan on moving to get the requirements.

I couldn't find anything general in GA about registering for K-12 as 18 or over. So you really need to contact the school district where you plan to move to ask about transferring your records and registering.
