Carrier 38YCC 060 compressor does not turn on
My Carrier 38YCC 060 outdoor unit seems not to be working. When I switch the system on, the indoor unit comes on but the outdoor unit does not. I changed the capacitor and the fan attempts to stutter (turn on and shut off) briefly and never came on again. I was wondering if the contactor or motor could be the culprit.
    Thank you for any help.
