    When my home ac turns on the outside compressor and fan turn on then turn off
    When my ac clicks on the outside compressor and fan turn on then turns off. When it runs the air is cool

    try bypassing the tstat 1st and rule out that prob. Is tstat related
    remove the G=green, y=yellow and r=red wires and short them together briefly to see if ac runs normal.
