All right, so ill try and keep it short and I greatly appreciate you reading this and hopefully replying.

All right so I was dating this girl for around a year and seven months we went through a break up before but it was a very mutual break up... Now what happened now is we broke up February 26 (the day haunts me still) and well I did make that foolish mistake of trying to fix things and not do the no contact thing people have told me about but well I was just so emotionally distressed about that whole situation

Now anyway finds out that well in these recent two months she's already dating another guy and well she says she loves him... and that she told me straight up "The past was great but its the future now and I don't want a relationship with you" and well thing was... Its VERY hard to accept that but I'm starting to and I'm kind of thinking she's saying it in spite of anger now anyway ill talk about our relationship and maybe help you guys help me understand or something but thing was me and her did have our verbal arguments and she would get you know hurt by it and thing was I was going through a lot and well still am but its something I didn't want to get her involved in to make her worry either and still don't(I wish I could take back everysingle word and have another chance).

Anyway me and her were also engaged and lost 'it' to each other or well so I'm thinking.. but now she's dating a guy much closer to her and her parents don't like me much for having been so well mean to her and I apologized to her mom and her and both was accepted... Anyway so thing is now I'm thinking she's in her new relationship as a small rebound and telling me these certain things to get me very well jealous.. I told her that I loved her and well everything about the past hoping she would think over it but I guess not.

And also I know you guys are going to tell me to "move on" and I mean I know I will but I want her back and now I'm trying to focus more on my physical fitness to substitute thinking about her and her new boyfriend and hanging around some mutual friends... What else can I do?

We can't go back and start the new beginning.. we can't go back dear.. Whatever happened is happened.. Break up is also necessary to make you stronger and not commit the same mistake with your next.. It is a real time experience.. Enjoy it.. I did the same.. You will be more strong and more lovable in next relation.. THe faster we get rid of the brek up pain.. Faster we will get happiness in our life.. So enjoy this pain.. Because lots of happiness is waiting for you.. Just you have to grab that.. All the best
