Is a fathers name reversible on a birth certificate in FL?
My boyfriends ex had a kid and he is not sure its his. He did sign the birth certificate but has not had a paternity test done yet. When he does have the DNA test done if it says he is not the father can he get his name removed? I am in FL by the way.
