Constipation at age 16
I've been constipated for like 2 months, I can barely go once a day and its very little and my stool looks very dark I tried ex lax, nothing works is there anything I can do to get going I've been having my daily wholegrains and fiber drinking 3litres of water everyday, excerising nothing is working will constipation eventually go away?

Ex lax is really hard line stuff and if that didn't move anything around, then there has to be a serious problem, and I hope not a blockage. You had better make an appt. with your doctor to get a referral to a proctologist and have this taken care of once and for all before a serious problem occurs. Tick |
