    I just bought a bed today. Can I use the 3 day cancellation in South Dakota
    I just bought a bed today, I am now feeling stressed about the money. Can I use the 3 day right to cancel? I am in South Dakota.

    Hello a:

    The 3 day right to rescind a contract is only good for contracts that were entered into in the respondents OWN home. It's designed to protect consumers from high pressure door to door salesman. It's NOT designed to protect consumers from buyers remorse, which is what you've got.
