    91 civic won't start codes 16 15 1
    91 civic began shuttering like it was out of gas and then quit.now ut quit and won't start at all codes 16 15 1

    1--O2A - Oxygen sensor #1

    15--Ignition output signal

    16--Fuel injectors

    Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM), reset the ECM, start the engine, and then see if any codes are thrown. Here's how to replace the ICM, covering the Code 15:

    When you turn the ignition switch to ON (Position II), does the CEL come on and then go out after 2 seconds? During this interval, do you hear the fuel pump run?
