    Gas heater is working but the heat isn't making it into the house.
    Upon inspection in the attic, I see the pilot light the flame inside the heater. The ceiling vent is extraordinarily hot but no heat is coming out through the room vents? What's up?

    Is the blower working? If it is trying to start but turning very slowly or just humming, you probably have a bad start condenser, usually located on the motor or fan housing.

After reading the guide I believe it may be overheating. The digital thermostat will go blank after running for 10 min or so and the display will turn back on in about 20min. The system is not able to keep the house over 60F. I don't think it has been cleaned in the 4 years I've lived there...
