    The child isn't born yet. There is nothing to argue over in court. What party to all of this are you and why full custody for just you?

    Given the information you provided, you're NOT going to get full custody of your daughter.. The person who is bearing her will have something to say in the matter.

    First ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    But, until the child is born, you have little if any rights. What rights you might have depends on local laws.

    Once the child is born, however (and as soon as she is born), you can file with your local Family Court for custody. However, it is highly unlikely that a father will get Full custody of a new born. If you want to give us more details we can try and give you more specific advice.
