But he is not compiling the phonics of all alphabets to get the word.one more thing is that he is very shy doesn't greed people never talks to any one on phone not even to his father we encourage him a lot but he doesn't .his teacher say we struggle to hear his voice .he is my first child .the childof mine which is 3 years old talks nicely on phone .his speech is also not clear he say the sentences but not properly .is these a are a signs of dyslexia.there is not even a case that I left him as such please suggest the way to teach and encourage him

You have to realize that dyslexia is not an intelligence disability, far from it, it is a reading disability. One possibility, is there could be something wrong with his hearing, which you should get tested to make sure you are calling a spade a spade. I am surprised the teacher hasn't recommended this, but these days, I guess they don't go out on a limb (and especially when they are with children all day) to put a name to a disability, and sometimes, maybe the wrong one.

So, I guess its up to you to take your boy to his pediatrician, and get a referral to some tests which will be a start to identifying just what is wrong with his speech and ability to talk. Could be his is shy because he just can hear the spoken word correctly, that would be good reason.
