    I moved at end of my lease with doctors note for no stairs and they automaticaly
    Renewed my lease and want me to pay

    Where and did you give the notice that the lease requires? A medical excuse to move may NOT get you out of a lease. If the lease ended and you moved you have to give notice or in many cases the lease automatically becomes month to month OR renews for another year.

    What does your lease say? What State?

    Did you give them written notification before the lease ended that you would not be renewing it and would move out on that date?
