    If you have had this lump for while and it is growing or changing in any way, its time you seek medical attention. It could be a variety of problems that only a doctor can determine, some which could be quite serious.

    Actually, at the first sign of a lump during a self examination, that is when you see your health professional. Early detection is most important.

    I wouldn't wait regardless of any changes or not. Testicle lumps could be a sign of something serious or it could have been caused by an injury. I would go see your doctor immediately. Any lump should be examined becaue there are so many things it could be, and there may have to be tests performed to determine that, and there may or may not be any other symptoms.
